I know Times Square has become an amusement park, but this is ridiculous
The Navy was prepared to let a veteran pilot fly a P-3 Orion reconnaissance plane down the Hudson River as part of a retirement gift. The flight got canceled at the last minute so no harm done. Whatever happened to a gold watch and a sheet cake?
